...
- The instructions already included the command to get the change-id
hook, but still referred to the Gerrit docs about how to install it
- Document git auto-rebase feature.
- Add instructions for creating and uploading an ssh key and setting an
email address on Gerrit.

* remove alternative Windows burning software, just keeping InfraRecorder

Fix and clarify multiple things in guides/building

- pkgman command that don't work on x86_gcc2
- mentions of gcc7 instead of gcc8
- mentions of gcc2 as a secondary architecture
- mentions of non-hybrid 32bit builds
Try to keep these beginner guides very simple. There is a page
documenting all of configure options for advanced users.
