* Add missing conference (Upcoming Events) index page
Fixes Trac #13237
The page uses a shortcode which takes events from a data file and dynamically outputs current and past events, based on the event’s end date.
* Change conference to taxonomy
* Reduce padding
* Clean up spacing and indentation
* Prevent date and country columns from wrapping
* Add remaining conference front matter
Revert back to using HTML. That still renders without formatting
in the blurb on the front-page, but at least the post itself
comes out as intended.
Moved the "Keeping uptodate" out of the tips, as it's quite
important.

* Update movies page

- Remove dead links for sikosis.com - haikupodcast.com is dead, movie files are missing. I contacted author to see if they still have them.
- Remove dead torrent links (iffy to link there as those sites can be NSFW)
- Remove mention of Flash for YouTube as YT uses HTML5
- Removed Icon-O-Matic link. Link on author’s blog post goes to Google Video which no longer exists
- Added latest podcast video posted on Haiku blog

I swear, this is the last change...
Besides a correction, I also removed some rubbish at the end of
the file. It was either added by Pe or the export of the online
markdown editor wasn't clean.

Using a "responsive" design. Replaces table with list that works
like a table on Desktop and a list on mobile.
