A while back I did a modified "Get Haiku" badge for the beta
release. I changed it a bit and propose it here once more, esp.
after PulkoMandy pointed out that having bugs crawling around
isn't that inviting... :)

The page uses a shortcode which takes events from a data file and dynamically outputs current and past events, based on the event’s end date.
* Change conference to taxonomy
* Reduce padding
* Clean up spacing and indentation
* Prevent date and country columns from wrapping
* Add remaining conference front matter
* Create kvm.md
* Use https instead http
* Change all links in kvm.md and made it relative
Add content that kvm.md needs to static directory and change kvm.md to fit its need.
