- The instructions already included the command to get the change-id
hook, but still referred to the Gerrit docs about how to install it
- Document git auto-rebase feature.
- Add instructions for creating and uploading an ssh key and setting an
email address on Gerrit.

Fix and clarify multiple things in guides/building

- pkgman command that don't work on x86_gcc2
- mentions of gcc7 instead of gcc8
- mentions of gcc2 as a secondary architecture
- mentions of non-hybrid 32bit builds
Try to keep these beginner guides very simple. There is a page
documenting all of configure options for advanced users.

get-source: fix checkout and push instructions

On checkout, set up the commit hook to make sure commits get a change-id
automatically. This saves some confusion, and will be required in newer
versions of Gerrit.
On push, advise people to set a topic for their changes, which is very
useful to easily search for commits related to a specific topic (just
type it in Gerrit search field)

Need to manually install the xorriso command (builds CD/DVD file
systems) from secondary architecture GCC7+ for compiling on Haiku
GCC2-hybrid. Could install xorriso_x86, but cmd:xorriso is more
generic and will pull in the appropriate package.
