Rewrite ARCHITECTURES syntax to new HaikuPorter changes.
...
HaikuPorter now does not care what is in ARCHITECTURES when
building for a SECONDARY_ARCHITECTURE.

Drop references to $haikuVersion.

* Referring the current haiku version explicitly is not needed, since
the RequiresUpdater takes care of setting the version of Haiku used
for building a package.

Build fails after the bootstrapping stage, as executables compiled with
Watcom tools crash the runtime loader.
