x86_64 is used as a baseline: the "x86_64" entry, whatever status it has,
is transformed into "all", and then the other entries in ARCHITECTURES
either dropped or rearranged appropriately.
* Bump to 2.4.4, add x86{,_64}, add patches to configure.ac.
* Drop --disable-{ares,curl,zlib}-build configure options as they are
no longer available in 2.4.4. Add --enable-robots.
