x86_64 is used as a baseline: the "x86_64" entry, whatever status it has,
is transformed into "all", and then the other entries in ARCHITECTURES
either dropped or rearranged appropriately.
* Referring the current haiku version explicitly is not needed, since
the RequiresUpdater takes care of setting the version of Haiku used
for building a package.
* fix dependencies and build system
* check doesn't build correctly with haikuporter on x86_64 beause
of a Python bug (hard link extraction in tar files)
* this fixes the wrong recipe names introduced by myself in #d525fee
* adjust patch names to match corresponding recipes
* additionally: create 'additional-files' folders as hint to some
ports that do not have a proper recipe yet
